HEALTHY CHICKEN SANDWICH

4 Siniora Chicken Breasts

20ml corn oil

( 8 pieces toast bread, sliced )  

( 100g red bell peppers, julienned )  

( 100g pineapple, cubed )  

( 70g mustard )  

( 50g onions, sliced )  

( 70g lettuce, shredded )  

( 100g red grapes, halved and deseeded )  

( 100g cherry tomatoes )  

50ml balsamic vinegar )  

 

Steam the chicken breasts for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are cooked through. In a sauté pan on medium heat, add some corn oil and cook the onions until they are translucent. Add the balsamic vinegar and continue to sauté. Remove from heat and fold in the grapes and cherry tomatoes. Assemble sandwich as desired.
