FETTUCINI WITH CHICKEN POPS

( 80g Siniora Chicken Pops )  

( 150g fettuccini, cooked al dente )  

( 100ml cream )  

( 50ml chicken stock )  

( 15g garlic, chopped )  

( 40g Parmesan cheese )  

 

Set the deep fryer to 180 degrees Celsius. Deep fry the chicken until they are golden brown and cooked through. In a sauté pan, add some corn oil and sauté the garlic until it is translucent. Add the cream and chicken stock and let the mixture simmer until it thickens. Fold the cooked pasta and the chicken pops into the creamy mixture. Adjust the seasonings and garnish with the Parmesan cheese.
