Frozen Recipes


( 400g minced meat )  

( 40ml corn oil )  

( 40ml olive oil )  

( 100g onions )  

( 10g garlic   )  

( 60g tomato paste )  

( 20ml molasses )  

( 600g tomatoes, chopped )  

( 5g salt )  

( 5g black pepper )  

( 50g parsley, chopped  )  


Form the minced meat into balls and in a frying pan, heat the corn oil and sear meatballs until brown.

Remove and set aside for later use. Heat a pot over medium heat, add 40ml corn oil and the onions. Add the tomato paste and the chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce, cover and simmer until the meat is cooked through. Serve hot with fresh chopped parsley.
