CHICKEN TENDERS

( 700g Siniora Chicken Tenders )  

( 50g onion, chopped )  

( 50g garlic flakes )  

( 50g rosemary, chopped )  

( 50g sesame seeds )  

( 30g black pepper )  

( 30g salt )  

( 20ml olive oil )  

( 250g cream cheese, softened )  

( 350g sour cream )  

( 50g spring onions )  

Wood skewers, soaked in water for 10 to 15 minutes )  

 

Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Place the chopped onion, garlic flakes, rosemary, sesame seeds, black pepper and salt on a plate and mix them all together. Coat the chicken breast fillet with some olive oil. Place skewers through each chicken breast fillet lengthwise. Dip each skewer of chicken into the seed mixture and turn to coat. Continue until all the chicken has been coated, then transfer to a nonstick baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning them over about mid-way through. While the chicken is cooking make the dipping sauce by combining the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in the chopped spring onions and season with a little salt and pepper, to taste. Remove the chicken breast fillet from the oven and serve with the spring onion and cheese dipping sauce.
