( 500ml vegetable oil )
( 200g eggs, beaten )
( 240g flour )
( 13g salt )
( 20g cayenne pepper )
( 5g ground black pepper )
( 5g onion powder )
( 3g paprika )
( 5g garlic powder )
( 4 Siniora Chicken Fillet Spicy )
( 40g mayonnaise )
( 4 lettuce leaves )
( 4 slices of tomatoes )
( 4 hamburger buns )
Place the eggs in a shallow bowl and the flour, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion powder, paprika and garlic powder in another. Working with one fillet at a time, coat each piece with the egg wash, then in the flour. Set it aside until the rest of the chicken is coated. Fry the chicken fillets for eight to 12 minutes or until they are light brown and crispy. Remove the chicken to a rack or place on paper towels to drain.
As the chicken is frying, prepare each sandwich by grilling the face of the hamburger buns on a hot skillet over medium heat. Spread about two teaspoons of mayonnaise on the face of each of the inverted top buns. Place a tomato slice onto the mayonnaise, then stack a leaf of lettuce on top of the tomato. On each of the buns, stack one piece of chicken. Flip the top half of each sandwich onto the bottom half and serve hot.
