CHEESE BURGER WITH POTATO GRATIN

( 100g Siniora beef burger, defrosted and crumbled )  

( 6 burger buns )  

( 2 onions, one sliced and one chopped )  

( 50g lettuce, cut chiffonade )  

( 1 tomato, sliced )  

( 150g cheddar cheese )  

( 500g potato, finely sliced )  

( 250ml cream )  

( 150ml grape juice )  

( 200ml water )  

( 15g butter )  

( 5g garlic clove, chopped )  

( 2 bay leaves )  

( Pinch of nutmeg )  

( Salt, to taste )  

 

Preheat oven to 180 Celsius. In a pan on medium heat, add some corn oil and sauté the onions. Add the cream, grape juice, water, butter, garlic, bay leaves, nutmeg, and salt, and allow the mixture to simmer. In a gratin dish, arrange the potatoes and then add the cream mixture on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through. Pan fry the burger and assemble the ingredients as desired. Serve the burgers with the potato gratin.
