( 3 slices Siniora Beef Mortadella with Olives )  
( 2 slices sourdough bread, thinly sliced )  
( 15g lettuce )  
( 3 green olives stuffed with almonds )  
( 5g black olive tapenade )  

Shred the lettuceand cut olives in half lengthwise. Spread the black olive tapenade on the sliced bread and arrange the SinioraBeef Mortadella with Olives on top of the sliced bread. Top with the sliced green olives.
