( 3 slices Siniora Chicken Mortadella )
( 1 piece Swiss chard )
( 1 sesame bread roll, halved )
( 2 slices pineapple, cubed )
( 5g ginger, chopped )
( 5g red chili, chopped )
( 5g shallots, chopped )
( 5g garlic, chopped )
( 10ml corn oil )
( 10g sugar )
Sauté the ginger, red chili, shallots and garlic in the corn oil, add the pineapple cubes and then glaze with the sugar. To assemble the sandwich, place the Swiss chard on the bread roll, add the pineapple mixture and top with the Siniora Chicken Mortadella.
