Mehmet Yılmaz joined the Trakya Et November 2021.Previously he has worked in multinational companies in like Lactalis, Eckes Granini , Unilever and regional leading companies in Middle East like Ulker and

Aujan Industries.  Him and his team is excited to lead Siniora Food investments   in Turkey to develop Polonez Brand further in Turkey and in the region.

Mehmet Yılmaz is a graduate of Economics from İstanbul University 1993.
